Crl.M.P.No.618 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.58719 of 2023 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 224 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents and he has got no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the fact that the petitioner is a blind, this Court feels that delay to be condoned.

5.Accordingly, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
