The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 in Crime No.639 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent and his team conducted a search, where, they found that the accused were indulged in selling Ganja and 2 kilograms of Ganja were seized. Hence the case.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner

dsn petitioner, is that, the petitioner along with other accused had indulged in selling Ganja and, 2 kilograms of Ganja were seized from them. He would further submit that there are nine previous cases pending as against the petitioner, out of which, one case is registered for the offence under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.
