This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner/2nd accused vide order passed in Crl.O.P.No.20793 of 2023 dated 11.09.2023 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed.

In view of the said fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner dated 11.09.2023 is relax in total and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
