This Court vide order dated 21.09.2021 directed the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on or before 20.11.2021, however, till date the said order has not been complied with by the 2nd respondent.

2. Hence, this Court issues direction that failing compliance of the order on or before 31.03.2022, the 2nd respondent shall appear before this Court on 31.03.2022.

3. Post the matter under the same caption on 31.03.2022.
