This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19352 of 2023 order dated 30.08.2023 report before the respondent police station, daily morning at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week until further orders.
