This petition is filed to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners and Mr.G.Ilamurugu, learned counsel for the respondent.

Even though there has been some objections from the respondent, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 330 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The petition, accordingly, stands ordered.
