This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.3506 of 2019 in C.C.No.16 of 2014 dated 13.11.2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if this Court issues liberty to raise all the grounds at time of trial after obtaining appropriate documents from the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a liberty to raise all the grounds at the time of trial after obtaining necessary documents from the police station concerned. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
