Gopalakrishnan v. The Tahsildar

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 398 days in filing the above revision.

2.Today, a counter has been filed by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent stating that the revision has been filed with a delay of 398 days. He further states that the petitioner is the cause for the disturbance in the area and without any possession, he is attempting to create disturbance as though he is in possession of the property by filing one petition or other.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in possession of the property and seeks time for producing all the documents and to make submissions at the time of admission of the revision.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
