Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the orders Ref. No.HRM/MPRS 379/2017 dated 20.9.2017 and Ref. No.HRM/MPRS 103/2018 dated 15.3.2018 on the file of the first respondent herein and quash the same, consequently direct the first respondent to reconsider the appointment order to the petitioner for any post for his eligibility or qualification in any place of India under compassionate grounds. ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation Bank, which is now merged with the Union Bank of India, made a submission that on account of the revised policy for compassionate appointment, the application submitted by the petitioner is now under consideration by the Administration.

2. In view of the fact that the application submitted subsequently by the petitioner is under consideration, no further adjudication is required and the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the application before the competent authorities, in the manner contemplated.

3. The said application submitted by the writ petitioner, during the pendency of the writ petition, is to be considered as expeditiously as possible.
