ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to consider to provide job assistance to the petitioner's son i.e. Shanmugaraj on compassionate ground.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side.

The petitioner was working in the respondent Transport Corporation as Senior Driver. He was absent on medical ground and as such, due to health ground, he was retired from service. Accordingly, he was relieved from service on 20.01.2021. Now, he submitted representation to provide suitable job for his son on compassionate ground. 4.
It is seen that the petitioner was relieved from service as early as on 20.01.2021. That apart, he is very much alive and he was retired from service on medical ground. Therefore, his representation for giving suitable job for his son, that too on compassionate ground cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed. 5.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
