2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondents submitted that main final decree application was dismissed for default and the petition to restore the same is pending.
3. In view of the disposal of the main final decree petition, the prayer in the civil revision petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, the civil revision petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case the final decree petition is restored to the file. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
