PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 7 to take action against the respondents 8 to 14 for excommunication of the petitioner from the village and imposing punishment of demanding penalty of Rs.80,000/- with 50 kg of meat based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2023 & 17.11.2023 and direct the respondents 1 to 7 to provide police protection to the petitioner and ensure that the fundamental rights of the petitioner is safeguarded in light of the order made by this Court in K.Gopa Vs. ORDER

The petitioner herein, having some grievances regarding the sale of the property, is now come out with the petition alleging that she has been excommunicated by the villagers and also imposed punishment of demanding penalty.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that based on the complaint given by one Alagesan, enquiry was conducted and same was closed. The petitioner herein made vague allegation and did not turn up for enquiry.

Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
