... Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to

direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 30.10.2019 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court, consequently, to direct the respondents 3 to 6 to record the petitioner name and to issue Patta to the Petitioner property in S.No.95/6, measuring about to an extent of 0.47.5 Ares situated at, P.Ponneri Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District - 606 105.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2019 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court, consequently, to direct the respondents 3 to 6 to record the petitioner name and to issue Patta to the petitioner's property in S.No.95/6, measuring about to an extent of 0.47.5 Ares situated at, P.Ponneri Village, Tittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District - 606 105.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the 6th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.10.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
