Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents particularly that of the 1st respondent dated 27.05.2004 vide No.A-20025/33/GO-A(NG) and the consequential communication of the 2nd respondent dated 02.06.2004 vide No.CFT1/C/AC/2003-04 and quash the same as illegal, unlawful, without jurisdiction, violative of principles of natural justice and consequently forbear the respondents from in any manner disturbing the time scale of pay drawn by the petitioner.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is, for issuance of a direction, forbearing the respondents from in any manner disturbing the time scale of pay drawn by the petitioner.

2. During the hearing on 03.07.2017 and 12.07.2017, there has been no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to post under the caption 'for dismissal' on 20.07.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The matter has been listed under the caption for dismissal today i.e. 01.09.2017 and there is no representation for the petitioner at 10.30 am as well as 12.03 pm.

4. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

5. Consequently, the interim order granted on 18.06.2004, which was, subsequently, made absolute on 28.08.2006 is vacated and the miscellaneous petition bearing W.P.M.P. No. 19697 of 2004 is closed.
