Respondents Prayer:

Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner except by due process of law, pursuant to the representation dated 11.12.2019 given to the respondents.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in any manner except due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the Manapuram Finance, the respondents has conducted an enquiry in reference No.G3-868-226444-2014 and after conducting due enquiry, the same has been closed on 25.02.2020.

According to him as of now, no enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, it was held in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, it is not necessary for the respondent police to call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

5. Hence with the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
