The said execution application has been filed requiring the respondent/judgment debtor to disclose the assets.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the Execution Application D.Nos.46440, 46438 and 46437 of 2024 in E.P.No.9 of 2024, if the same is otherwise in order and the list the same for hearing.
