The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2), 351(3), 319 r/w. 62, 296(b), 79, 61(2), 3(5) of BNS Act and Section 66(D) of IT Act, 2000 and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 1998 (Section 506(II), 416, 511, 294(b), 509, 120(b) and 34 of IPC in Crime No.23 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.22700 of 2025 on 14.08.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
