Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, both the civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed. The petitioner is permitted to effect the substituted service on 1st respondent by paper publication. The next date of hearing is fixed at 02.02.2024. The petitioner shall effect paper publication in a Tamil daily namely 'Makkal Kural' having wide circulation at Chennai on or before 19.01.2024.
