ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.190 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent has filed a charge sheet in Crime No.190 of 2019 under Sections 427, 506(1) IPC before the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti on 17.10.2019, but, so far, the concerned Magistrate has not taken the case on file.

2. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. The concerned Magistrate is directed to verify if charge sheet is already filed in the above case, he should take the case on file without further delay.
