This writ petition was filed to quash the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 24.10.2023, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.8.2023.
2.Heard Ms.D.Jeevitha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1, R2. 3.On going through the impugned proceedings dated 24.10.2023, this Court does not find any illegality or infirmity. Admittedly, there was a civil decree passed in favour of the respondent and the petitioner has also filed an appeal and the same is pending. Hence, the petitioner can only seek for an appropriate relief before the Civil Court and the police will not interfere in a matter of this nature. Except giving this clarity, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above directions.
