This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 431 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.114058 of 2023.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of the "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai", within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
