These three applications have been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs, i) to condone the delay of 292 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th defendant, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 5th defendant and iii) to bring on record Mrs.Kanagalatha and Mr.Ganesh as legal representatives of the deceased 5th defendant and array them as defendants 18 &19 in the above suit.

2. There is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these three applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
