This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner with respect of reporting before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, which was imposed by this Court by an order dated 04.09.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.20110 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in every week for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
