ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and dispose the representation made by the petitioner on 17.12.2018 within a time frame.

2. The petitioner made representation dated 17.12.2018 before the respondent to measure the land comprised in S.No.154/3A ad-measuring to an extent of 15 cents situated at No.5, Villinjiambakkam, Kavarapalayam, Avadi Taluk, Trivellore District and laid down the boundary stones for the 4 corner as per the sale deed dated 24.06.1959 registered vide Document No.1701/1959. While pending the writ petition, this Court by an order dated 17.12.2019 directed the respondent to conduct enquiry and file report before this Court and accordingly, the request made by the petitioner was considered and measured the subject land.

3. Recorded the submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
