This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8459 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12144 of 2023 dated 22.06.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., for two months and thereafter, as and when required.
