The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the fifth respondent from erecting a BTS transmission Tower in Old Door No.3, New Door No.2A, Pilliyar Koil Street, Tharanampettai, Ward No.1, Town Survey No.304/3, Kudiyatham Town, Vellore District in the land owned by the sixth respondent pursuant to the representation dated 25.11.2019 given to the second respondent.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent that there is no proposal for erecting a cell phone tower as stated by the petitioner.
