This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24220 of 2023 by order dated 20.10.2023 "the petitioner shall report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week until further orders.
