ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The petitioner's daughter, who was a minor aged about 15 years, went missing from her father's house on 07.11.2023. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on the very same day before the second respondent police, which has been registered as 'Girl Missing'. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. In connection with the complaint given by the petitioner with regard to his missing daughter in Cr.No.341 of 2023, the second respondent police have also traced the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. When

we interacted with her, she expressed that she intends to rejoin and live with her father, the petitioner herein.

3.Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. (M.S.R.,J.)
