This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25114 of 2024 by an order dated 09.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned II-Judicial Magistrate, Poonamallee daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 30 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the above submission, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25114 of 2024 on 09.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
