2. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, proposed respondents 11 to 18 have to be impleaded as the respondents 11 to 18 as the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent, this application is Ordered.

3. Notice to the newly impleaded party returnable by 22.01.2024. Private notice is also permitted. The applicant is directed to carryout amendment and file amended copy of the petition by then.
