A.No.6863 of 2023 has been filed to permit the applicant to file photocopy of the documents as secondary evidence in the above suit. A.No.846 of 2024 has been filed to grant leave to the applicant/defendants 3 to 6 to file additional documents in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 4 to 7 has no objection in allowing A.No.6863 of 2023. But the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has strongly opposed to allow the said application.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5 has no objection in allowing A.No.846 of 2024. But the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has strongly opposed to allow the said application.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed subject to proof and relevancy.
