Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that additional remuneration as ordered by this Court on 29.04.2024 has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner. She further since the vehicle was not traced, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. She has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Application withdrawn as vehicle not traced."

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and also in view of the endorsement made, this Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
