On a request made by the learned counsel for the applicant, these applications are listed prior to the date of the actual hearing, i.e. on 31.07.2025.

2.A Memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant along with the compilation of judgments to support the case of the applicant that the notice to the respondent will have be sent in accordance with the Hague Convention. The details as to how the notice will have to be served on the respondent as per the Hague Convention are also disclosed in the Memo filed by the applicant.

3.Therefore, notice is issued to the respondent returnable by 15.09.2025.

4.Registry is directed to follow the procedure contemplated under the Hague Convention, which has been disclosed in the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the applicant dated 29.06.2025 for serving the notice on the respondent. Post the matter on 15.09.2025.
