Today,when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that initial remuneration as ordered by this Court has already been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner and since the vehicle could not be traced, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this application. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Application withdrawn as vehicle not traced."

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and also in view of the endorsement made, this Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
