(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's husband, namely, Narayanan S/o. Kuppan, had gone missing, she had given a complaint on 30.01.2023 before the second respondent police. Since the petitioner's husband could not be traced within a reasonable time, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
