Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the claim of the members of the petitioner's Society to exhibit children of educational movie in schools and colleges in each District. O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner-Sangam is that the Government has not taken decision to grant permission to the Schools and Colleges in

each District to exhibit Educational Movies by issuing an order.

2. Admittedly, the Government Orders are issued till the academic year 2022-2023 and during the current academic year i.e., 20232024, no such Government Order has been issued.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, would submit that in the forthcoming academic year i.e., 2024-2025, the Government will consider the same.

4. In view of the abovesaid submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and shall take a decision in this regard.
