This Writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the functioning / running of the educational institution by the petitioner.

The petitioner is running an educational institution by providing paramedical courses. According to the petitioner, the institution is being run after getting the necessary permission / approval. Inspite of the same, the respondents were attempting to interfere with the functioning / running of the institution. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition was filed before this Court.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 1st respondent has not received any complaint against the petitioner and the 1st respondent does not intend to interfere with the running of the institution provided that the petitioner runs the institution in line with 2/5
the permission / approvals granted to the petitioner. 4.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that the respondents will not interfere with the functioning / running of the educational institution. If there is any violation of permission /approval, action shall be taken only in accordance with the relevant regulations, after putting the petitioner on notice. 5.
