JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ order dated 14.08.2024 in W.P.No.87646 of 2024 is under challenge in the present writ appeal.
The writ petitioner is the appellant before this Court. The writ petition has been instituted challenging the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 05.01.2009 obtained in the allowed non amended original suit in OS.No.3626 of 1996 due to playing fraud on the learned VII Additional City Civil Court at Chennai by the 2nd respondent and quash the impugned judgment and decree dated 05.01.2009 and direct these 1 and 2
respondents to pay to the petitioner the amount which furnished in the petitioner's request made in his letters dated 07.02.2010 & 25.02.2001 and reminder letters dated 16.07.2012, 16.07.2014, 07.07.2016, 07.09.2018, 07.09.2020, 07.11.2023 & 05.12.2023 submitted to them. The writ Court considered the issue and formed an opinion that the relief as such sought for is not maintainable, since the appellant seeks quashment of Judgment and Decree of the civil Court passed in OS.No.3626 of 1996.

The petitioner-in-person appearing before this Court would submit that he has sought for a direction.

If at all, any grievances relating to an issue, which is not covered in the civil dispute can be sought for by filing appropriate writ petition in the manner known to law.
