ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.R.Sunilkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.
2. Encroachment is alleged on the cart track.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that inspection/survey of the subject property would be carried out and depending upon the report of the inspection/survey, further action, in accordance with law, would be undertaken.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
