2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He submitted that the investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram in Spl.S.C.No.191 of 2022 and the next hearing is on 07.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23630 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Villupuram on 07.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
