This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25825 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 19.10.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in C.C.No.940 of 2024 pending on the file of NDPS Court, Chennai. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 28.01.2025.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition No. 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25825 of 2024 vide order dated 19.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the NDPS Court, Chennai in connection with C.C.No.940 of 2024 on 28.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
