Crl.O.P.No.27754 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.27754 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.441 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 427, 307 and 302 of I.P.C. The petitioner had been remanded to Judicial custody on 20.09.2023.

2.The de-facto complainant is an Advocate.

3. It is the case of the prosecution that the de-facto complainant and his client came to Thiruvarur District Court for attend a case. After that they were surrounded by the accused persons and assaulted and as a result, the client of the de-facto complainant died.

4. Taking into consideration the period of incarceration, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
