This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition No.7(a) imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24334 of 2024 by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in P.R.C.No.7 of 2010 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vridhachalam. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 07.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24334 of 2024 vide order dated 01.10.2024 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vridhachalam in connection with P.R.C.No.7 of 2010 on 07.12.2024 and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
