This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 02.04.2004, issued by the Joint Commissioner of Hindu religious and Charitable Endowment Department, Sivagangai, holding that the term of trustees expired.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent informed that the writ petitioner passed away on 05.07.2010.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader represented that the son of the writ petitioner, one Mr.Naganantha Durai, S/o.Sivaraman, was subsequently appointed as trustee of Arulmigu Angalaparameswari Amman ThiruKovil, Urappuli Village, Paramakudi Taluk.

4. In view of these developments, the prayer sought for in this writ petition, deserves no further adjudication and accordingly, stands dismissed. There is no order as to Costs.
