The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the Criminal Revision petitioner against the order dated 16.08.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.311 of 2023 in C.C.No.59 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kallakurichi.

2. Mr.S.Mohammed Ansar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2, 5 to 7 has no objection for this petition being allowed. Though the name of the respondents 1, 3 and 4 were printed in the cause list, none appeared on their behalf.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
