JUDGMENT

The petitioner not being satisfied with the quantum of compensation awarded by the Tribunal in MCOP No.6762 of 2017, dated 08.02.2024 has preferred this appeal seeking for enhancement of compensation.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for appellant and 2 nd respondent appeared and submitted that there was a settlement arrived between them. To that effect, they have submitted a memo of compromise.

3. Memo of compromise is recorded. In view of the terms of compromise, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. No costs. Time to deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is granted for the period of four weeks from today and the appellant is permitted to withdraw the same. The memo of compromise shall be forming part and parcel of this judgment.
