directing the Third Respondent to dispose the Petitioner's appeal 05.11.2018 in pursuance to issue separate patta in Petitioner's name for the agriculture land to an extent of Acre 0.36 cents comprised in Survey No. 237/1A1, 1A2, 1B1, 1B2 situated at Kalvoy Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District within a time framed as fixed by this Court. O R D E R
Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Fifth and Seventh and Eighth Respondents, on instructions, states that the enquiry has been fixed on the revision petition dated 05.11.2018 filed by the Petitioner, at 3.00 p.m. on 21.02.2020 before the Eighth Respondent and notice would be issued to all parties concerned for the same. 2.
The Eighth Respondent shall ensure that there is atleast one effective hearing showing progress of the matter. After affording full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, the Eighth Respondent shall consider each of the contentions raised by the parties and pass reasoned orders on merits in accordance with law, and shall communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner under written acknowledgment and a report of such compliance shall be filed before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.06.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
