ORDER
This Petition is filed by the petitioner to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent-Kailasam viz., 1. K. Poongodi, 2 K. Abinaya, 3. K. Dinesh, 4. K. Mahalakshmi and 3rd respondent-P.Pachaiyammal in the placed of the deceased 2nd respondent in the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondents seeks adjournment to verify the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent in the writ petition.
3. This petition is filed in the month of November 2024 and the petitioner has also produced the legal heir certificate of the deceased 2nd respondent-P.Kailasam. Therefore, the death of the 2nd respondent-P.Kailasam has not been disputed. In view of the above, it is appropriate to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent as proper and necessary parties to this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent are impleaded as parties in the place of P.Kailasam/deceased 2nd respondent in the writ petition.
5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition and post the matter on 09.07.2025.
