Due to property dispute, the petitioner herein apprehends life threat at the hands of the respondents 2 and 3 has given a representation to the police seeking protection is now before this Court for a direction to provide adequate police protection based on his representation. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submits that due to dispute in identity of the property, complaint was given by the petitioner herein and same was enquired in C.S.R.No.115 of 2023. The petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3 have given an undertaking that they will work out their remedy through civil Court and stated that they will not create any disturbance to the peace. 3.
In the light of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition seeking police protection is disposed of with direction to the respondent 2/4
police to register the complaint and investigate if any cognizable offence comes to the notice.
