This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police viz., The Inspector of Police, F-5 Choolaimedu Police Station, Chennai to file charge sheet in Crime No.595 of 2019 within stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though 2nd respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 29.08.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is
